The FMS RANGER RTF kit is often out of stock or shown as discontinued, but if you search around you can certainly find the RTF Kit. You can also buy the PNP Kit with FLOATS, but the PNP kit lacks the TRANSMITTER and RECEIVER as well as the BATTERY and BATTERY CHARGER (you have to supply those).
