Since Tudor released their Black Bay Series: BB58, BB Pelagos 39 and now the BB54 which is just 37 mm in diameter, it seems they can do no wrong. They have been on the tongues of watch enthusiasts for the last couple of years!
The BB54 is more niche though and it will be interesting to see if Chinese watch brands continue push homages of this model out.
So far I can count only one: the Cronos L6204. Their homage to the Tudor Black Bay 54.
This is my full review. At first sight the Cronos L6204 did not capture the imagination but after a few weeks and a few stints on the wrist it really started to grow on me.
This Black Bay 54 homage may not mimic the original but it certainly has enough going for it to make it count.
